The New Emirate Suites are designed to Impress

Emirates, one of the largest air carrier will introduce into commercial service across all of its Boeing 777 cabins, a fully enclosed private suites with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors for privacy, a window view which can be enjoyed with bespoke binoculars and those in the middle aisle get virtual windows that will project the view from outside the aircraft using real time camera technology. This ‘game changer’ upgrade will be revealed at the biennial Dubai Airshow on Sunday, the 12th of November, 2017.
The suites come with a personal wardrobe for passengers, private stowage space for their carry-on bags, leather seats that can recline fully flat, customizable mood lighting and temperature setting. As a passenger on this flight, you can video-call the crew members in order to get drinks and canapes which will be served through a special service window so that you are not disturbed. The design of the suites was inspired by the interior of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and the zero-gravity technology inspired by NASA.
Sir Tim Clark, the president of Emirates Airline had this to say about the new suites, “The new 777 interiors that we will unveil in a few days is part of the Emirates’ ongoing investment to continually raise the bar and exceed our customer’s’ expectations. Throughout the aircraft, our customers will see modern and airy cabins, with painstaking attention to detail evident in design touches such as the textured wall and ceiling panels, lighting features and more. We are very excited about our new fully-enclosed suite which is a real game-changer in terms of privacy, comfort and thoughtful luxury.”
There are complimentary items that make this suite stand out even more. Each suite has a 32-inch television with 2,500 channels of on-demand entertainment and Bowers and Wilkins Active Noise Cancelling E1 headphones. Passengers will also be treated to inspiration kits which includes Emirate’s signature Hydra Active moisturizing pajamas, Bulgari amenity kits and Byredo fragrance + skincare products. As part of the collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, Emirates’ complimentary chauffeur service in the UAE will feature a fleet of S-Class vehicles to get passengers to and fro the airport.
